Algebraic geometry in positive characteristic

In this talk, I pick up some topics in positive characteristic in which I’ve been interested, and explain some results which I got.

The subjects  are the moduli of principally polarized abelian varieties, the moduli of K3 surfaces and the structure of Enriques surfaces, etc.
